Replacement Policy

At Muskans, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

A product is eligible for replacement if:

  • It is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • The product received is not as described or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Eligible Items

Replacement is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Minor color variation due to photography or screen differences.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or use after delivery.

  • Custom-made or cut-length items (like fabrics, laces, etc.).

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

3. Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at accounts@muskans.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9051966951 within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, attach photos/videos of the issue, and describe the problem clearly.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 working hours.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will ship the replacement or issue store credit (as applicable).

4. Shipping for Replacement

  • Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability of the courier at your location.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the item to us — we’ll reimburse the shipping cost (up to a defined limit) upon approval.
