At Muskans, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver quality products, but if there’s ever a concern, please read our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You notify us within 3 days of delivery with valid proof (photos/videos).

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Refund is approved only after our team verifies the issue and receives the returned item (if applicable).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations.

Change of mind or dislike after delivery.

Items on sale, custom orders, or cut-length fabrics/laces.

Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
3. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:

It will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or via store credit (as per case).

For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the same account.

For COD orders, we may request your bank details or offer store credit.
4. Return for Refund

If required, you will need to return the product to us. A reverse pickup will be arranged (if available in your area) or you may self-ship it after confirmation.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Store Credit Option
In some cases, we may offer a store credit or discount voucher as a more flexible and faster alternative to a refund.
