At Muskans, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver quality products, but if there’s ever a concern, please read our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery with valid proof (photos/videos).

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Refund is approved only after our team verifies the issue and receives the returned item (if applicable).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations.

  • Change of mind or dislike after delivery.

  • Items on sale, custom orders, or cut-length fabrics/laces.

  • Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or via store credit (as per case).

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the same account.

  • For COD orders, we may request your bank details or offer store credit.

4. Return for Refund

  • If required, you will need to return the product to us. A reverse pickup will be arranged (if available in your area) or you may self-ship it after confirmation.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Store Credit Option

In some cases, we may offer a store credit or discount voucher as a more flexible and faster alternative to a refund.
